RETURN POLICY

Returns are graciously accepted on non-custom items for store credit (excluding shipping fees). There will be a $5.00 restocking fee for all returns accept for returns due to damaged items. All items are checked for damage prior to shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY

We send all packages via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. LMGraphix is not responsible for lost or shipping damaged items unless buyer purchased insurance. To add insurance to your purchase, please e-mail us at LMGraphix.Net. Insurance is $1.30 for purchases up to $50, $2.20 for purchases of $50.01 to $100.00 and $1.00 additional for each additional $100.00 or portion thereof. If you receive an insured package from us that is damaged, check contents immediately. If contents is damaged, contact us for return authorization and place the damaged box and it's contents in a new box and return
